Engineered scaffolds are not built to a standard configuration but structurally designed. The governing rules are the Eurocodes (EN 1990 ff.), in particular EN 1991 (actions, wind) and EN 1993 (steel structures), together with the scaffolding standards EN 12810/12811/12812/12813.
